Welcome to Global Night Life ("GNL"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Global Night Life mobile application, website, and related services ("Platform").

By downloading, accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Introduction

Global Night Life ("GNL") is a technology platform that enables users to discover nightlife venues, reserve guest list access, book tables, purchase event tickets, and access promotional offers from participating clubs, lounges, bars, restaurants, beach clubs, and entertainment venues.

The Platform is owned and operated by GNL PORTAL LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the global brand owner of Global Night Life (GNL). In India, the Platform is operated by its affiliate, GNL Global Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, where required under applicable law.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you satisfy all applicable legal requirements.

Age Requirement: Users must meet the minimum legal drinking and entry age applicable in the country where the venue is located. Examples include:

• UAE — 21 years or above
• India — As per the drinking and entry age applicable in the respective State
• Thailand — 20 years or above
• Turkey — 18 years or above
• Indonesia — As permitted under local laws
• Malaysia — 21 years or applicable local laws
• Any other country — As prescribed under local laws

GNL reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time.

Providing false information regarding your age may result in permanent suspension of your account.

3. Account Registration

You agree that:

• All information provided by you is true and accurate.
• You shall maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
• You shall immediately notify GNL if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

GNL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.

4. Guest List, Bookings & Entry Policy

Guest List: Guest list confirmation through GNL does not guarantee entry into any venue. Final admission is always at the sole discretion of the respective club, venue, or event organizer.

Club's Right to Refuse Entry: Every participating club reserves the absolute right to refuse entry, cancel admission, remove any guest, or decline guest list bookings for any reason including but not limited to:

• Dress code violations
• Intoxication
• Aggressive behaviour
• Security concerns
• Capacity limits
• Private events
• Club policy
• Management discretion

GNL shall not be responsible for any denial of entry.

5. Entry Subject to Profile

Entry is strictly subject to profile. Even after receiving confirmation through GNL, the final decision regarding entry rests solely with the respective club or venue.

Factors that may influence entry include:

• Dress code
• Gender ratio
• Age
• Behaviour
• Group composition
• Booking category
• Venue occupancy
• Club policies
• Management discretion

No refund or compensation shall be payable by GNL if entry is denied by the venue.

6. Banned Users

Users who have been blacklisted, permanently banned, or temporarily restricted by any participating venue shall not be eligible for guest list access or reservations through GNL for that venue.

The venue retains full authority regarding admission decisions.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Upload false or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Copy, reproduce or redistribute the Platform.
• Reverse engineer or modify the Platform.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• Use bots, automated scripts or malicious software.
• Violate any applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, designs, user interface, source code, graphics, images, videos, databases, and software, are the exclusive property of Global Night Life or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission from GNL.

9. Bookings & Payments

Where applicable:

• Booking charges are non-transferable.
• Convenience fees may be non-refundable.
• Cancellation and refund policies shall be governed by the individual venue.
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn without prior notice.
• Prices are subject to change.

10. Third-Party Venues

GNL acts solely as a technology platform connecting users with venues. The participating venues are independently owned and operated.

GNL does not control venue operations, pricing, guest policies, security procedures, event schedules, music, food & beverages, or service quality. Accordingly, GNL shall not be liable for any dispute between the user and the venue.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, or external services. GNL neither controls nor endorses such third-party services and shall not be responsible for their content, privacy practices, or operations.

12. Privacy

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with the Global Night Life Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. GNL does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, continuous availability, successful bookings, guaranteed entry, availability of offers, or venue participation.

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNL shall not be liable for:

• Denial of entry by any venue.
• Personal injury.
• Theft or loss of belongings.
• Venue closures.
• Event cancellations.
• Force majeure events.
• Loss of profits.
• Loss of business opportunities.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

The venue remains solely responsible for admission decisions and services provided.

15. Service Suspension

GNL reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, modify or withdraw any feature or service without prior notice.

16. Advertisements

Advertisements appearing on the Platform belong to third parties. Purchases made from advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. GNL assumes no responsibility for products or services offered by advertisers.

17. Termination

GNL may suspend or permanently terminate, without prior notice, any account that:

• Violates these Terms
• Engages in fraudulent activities
• Misuses promotions
• Abuses venue staff
• Engages in illegal conduct

18. Modifications

GNL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Important Club Disclaimer

By using Global Night Life, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Guest list confirmation does not guarantee entry.
• Entry is strictly subject to profile and venue policies.
• The respective club or venue has the sole and absolute discretion to grant or refuse entry.
• The club may refuse entry even after a confirmed booking or guest list reservation without assigning any reason.
• Users who have been banned or blacklisted by a venue will not be eligible for bookings or guest list access at that venue.
• Users must comply with the venue's dress code, age restrictions, security procedures, and code of conduct.
• GNL acts solely as a booking and discovery platform and shall not be held liable for any decision taken by a venue regarding admission, service, or guest conduct.
